Our Azizit olive oil embodies the highest quality and purity – from the olive tree care to your plate. We are proud that our olive oil comes from 100% organically grown trees and is cultivated according to EU organic certifications. We place special emphasis on freshness and quality during harvest. Our olives are harvested in November to best capture their aromas and in less than 24 hours from harvest to first cold extraction and bottling to preserve their freshness and flavor.

In our fully automated production line, more than 20 dedicated employees work continuously to ensure the quality of our olive oil and that each stage of the olive oil production process is precisely controlled and monitored.
